Maybelline New York Dream Wonder Foundation is Maybelline’s first lightweight fluid foundation. It contains concentrated pigments to deliver medium-to-full coverage that doesn’t look or feel caked on.
The majority of members found that, although the consistency of the liquid was very thin and runny, the foundation was easy to apply, blend and build up for a natural result.
Testers mentioned they could barely feel the foundation on their skin, and most said stayed put all day long – with some members impressed with the fact it withstood boiling summer days. Most members were pleased with the finish, with many mentioning they could easily build the coverage to their desired level without it looking caked-on. Triallers were happy with how smooth and velvety their skin looked, although those with drier skin found the formulation did enhance some dry patches.
Some expressed concerns about the glass packaging and how it would fare if it was dropped on a tiled surface, and testers were divided on the innovative applicator wand. While some found it useful for controlling how much foundation was used, others said the product didn’t drip off of as easily as they hoped.
There were also some concerns expressed about the alcohol content in the foundation*.
Overall, beautyheaven Trial Team members were impressed with this foundation and its natural, lightweight finish on their skin.

Essentially, the role of silicone oils is to guarantee that the pigments in the formula deliver a smooth and perfect finish on the skin. It also offers a greater long wear property.
We can also promise that the product has been dermatology tested, allergy tested and is non-comedogenic.”
