Founded by NYC creative agency Milk Studios in 2016, Milk Makeup is the new clean beauty brand everyone has been raving about and one we’ve been dying to get our hands on here in Aus.
Conceptualised by beauty editor Zanna Rassi, photographer Mazdack Rassi, creative director Georgie Greville and product developer Dianna Ruth, the brand emerged from the team’s experience working on-set with models who needed to switch up makeup looks often and more importantly, quickly.
The foursome saw a gap in the beauty market for multi-use products that were easy to work with, didn’t require fine precision, and provided added benefits to the skin. This is how Milk Makeup was born.
Fast forward to today and Milk Makeup has solidified itself as a cult makeup and skin care brand both in the professional and consumer beauty spaces. The products in the range are vegan, travel-friendly, can be applied with fingers or directly to the skin (no brushes needed), and can be used in multiple different ways.
From their Kush-infused mascara to their caffeinated under eye balm, the brand appeals to busy women on-the-go who want to look and feel their best without the fuss.
