The latest Aussie supermodel to join the likes of Miranda Kerr and Lara Bingle with the launch of her own beauty empire is bombshell blonde, Jessica Hart.
Developed and designed by the model herself, LUMA Natural Beauty by Jess Hart is a full range of eco-friendly, natural colour cosmetics which offers over 30 products including a tinted moisturiser, liquid foundation, finishing and bronzing powder, shimmer highlighter, lip gloss, mascara, and eye shadows/definers.
“It has always been my dream to create LUMA as a nourishing cosmetic range that can enhance one’s natural beauty,” says Jessica. “It has taken my team and I over two years to create a line which I am proud to put my name on. I’ve always said that I’m not going to put my name on anything that I can’t authentically represent. Today I am thrilled to say that I cannot wait to share LUMA with the world.”
Having modelled for over 13 years, Jessica has had her finger firmly on the pulse of the beauty world, and now she’s ready to share her insider learning’s with the world.
“As a model a lot of your time is spent sitting in the make-up chair,” says Jessica. “After a while you learn exactly what works and what doesn’t – everyone is always asking me what I do for my skin and what make up I’m wearing, but it’s as much about what I’m wearing as it is about how I’m wearing it. I wanted to share the few tricks of the trade I have learnt along the way, so anyone can know how to enhance their natural features or have an effortless natural glow.”
To coincide with the launch this month, LUMA Cosmetics is set to be the official sponsor for the Pink Hope Charity ‘Bright Pink Lipstick Day’ on September 26th. Jessica has exclusively designed a limited edition bright pink lippie with all proceeds of the LUMA Pink Hope lipstick going to the Pink Hope Charity.
“By making a promise to kiss and tell on September 26th, to show someone you care by talking about family health history we hope to help save the lives of women that have are at high risk of breast and ovarian cancer. Prevention, early detection and having a conversation to access your risk is key,” explains Jess.
