Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my chin!! What a knock-out. I mean, Rosie has completely nailed summer chic. From her #onpoint beach waves to the subtle highlighter, right down to that freaking fabulous lip shade. Her hair and make-up team deserve a standing ovation!
