Our favourite makeup-free celeb snaps

We love seeing celebs without makeup. There’s something refreshing about seeing them without all of the glitz and glamour. It reminds us that they’re real people too.

Obviously, they’re not exactly real people like us. Celebs have some pretty sweet access to beauty products and facial treatments that keep their skin looking schmick. But we still think it’s nice to see anyone comfortable in their own skin and embracing their natural beauty – rich and famous or not.

There is a stack of benefits to going bare-faced, so maybe these makeup-free celebs might just give you the inspiration to go without…

Kylie Jenner

It’s rare to see Kylie without a full face of makeup on but earlier this year she posted a fresh-faced selfie with her freckles peeking through. Cute!

Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey is a woman who knows what hair and makeup she likes and sticks to it. It’s rare to see the singer without her go-to falsies, sharp winged liner and voluminous mane but just two days ago she posted this sweet and fresh-faced selfie. Love it, Lana!

Alicia Keys

At the 2018 Grammy Awards, Alicia worked the red carpet sans makeup. But it’s not out of the ordinary for the singer, a couple of years ago Alicia chose to go without makeup in public. And she’s still going strong!

Drew Barrymore & Cameron Diaz

Drew posted this sweet snap of her and Charlie’s Angels BFF Cameron Diaz on Instagram last month. “We’d just come from a workout. We feel good. We’re not wearing any makeup, and we’re just girls being ourselves. And sometimes all makeup and beauty fun aside, it’s just about the raw, honest, post-workout look, you know? Just be you,” Drew said to People about the picture.
