At the end of the day celebrities are just like us, and by like us we mean that they need concealer just as much as we do — puffy eyes are a pandemic, people.
Some celebrities have favourite cheap beauty products, like Eva Longoria and Drew Barrymore, shop for their concealers at the chemist just like we do. While A-listers like Julianne Moore may prefer more premium options, which we then like to find dupes for.
Whatever the price point, we know we can count on our favourite celebrities to give us decent concealer recommendations. Keep scrolling to discover nine celebrities’ favourite concealers.
Jennifer Lopez: Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat
from $55.30 at Adore Beauty
In an interview with Vogue, Jennifer Lopez shared that she uses Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat as a final step in her extensive contouring routine. “I take some of the concealer. This is a Touché Eclat concealer, which I really like. Great little pen. Then, I brighten a little more [in the corner of the eyes and between the brows] and then down the sides of the nose again,” she explained.
Rita Ora: Makeup By Mario Surrealskin™ Awakening Concealer
from $51 from Sephora
“I always try and find the best concealer. I did discover an incredible one by Mario,” Rita told Vogue. “It’s so good. It just doesn’t move. You don’t blend it in straight away ’cause then it kind of doesn’t cover as much. I mean look at that coverage. Isn’t it so good?”
Courteney Cox: Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation & Moisture Fit Concealer
Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation (from $66.45 at YesStyle)
Koh Gen Do Moisture Fit Concealer (from $55.59 at YesStyle)
“Since I’m always late, I wanted to learn how to do my makeup the most efficient way, in five minutes,” Courteney shared with her Instagram followers, as reported by People. “I like to mix [Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation and Koh Gen Do Moisture Fit Concealer]. I put a little bit of the base on my hand and a little bit of the concealer right next to it. I just start painting. I paint under my eyes. And I mix them together because I don’t like it to be too thick. I cover up any kind of red stuff. I put it just wherever I need to [because] I don’t like to wear a full base.”
Serena Williams: Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish Sublime Perfection Concealer
from $58 at Sephora
“There’s nothing that Pat makes that I am not completely obsessed, in love, with. I think Olympia likes it too. She actually plays a lot in my makeup,” Serena shared with Vogue. “Growing up, it was hard not to notice that there wasn’t a lot of stuff in my shade, and I’ve always loved the skin that I have, and I’ve always embraced that, especially like 15 years ago and 10 years ago when 40 shades didn’t exist and none of that was around.”
Drew Barrymore: Flower Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer
from $9.99 at Chemist Warehouse
“This has been my absolute go-to for years,” Drew shared with her Instagram followers. “I want something that is really creamy but has a ton of coverage — I have dark circles.”
Michelle Yeoh: Clé de Peau Beauté Concealer Stick
from $116.82 at Cult Beauty
“My favourite is the Cle de Peau concealer,” Michelle told Vogue, saying it comes in handy for hiding the sins of her youth. “Unfortunately, [I have some] sun spots that I had from a long time before… when I used to stay out in the sun for too long without using the right products in my younger, wild days. So now [I’m] older, wiser, but then you still have to pay for mistakes that you did before.”
Eva Longoria: L’Oréal Paris Infallible More Than Concealer
from $15.99 at Priceline
“I put [L’Oréal Paris Infallible More Than Concealer] right where I have dark spots,” Eva shared with Vogue. “You wanna put this anywhere you want to brighten. Put it a little bit here, a little bit here. And let’s say there,” Eva explained as she dabbed the concealer’s doe foot applicator down the centre of her face, under her eyes, and under the hollows of her cheeks.
Hilary Duff: Glossier Stretch Balm Concealer
from $41 at Glossier
“I’ve just started using concealer under my eyes, and I have gotten into this Glossier concealer,” Hilary told Vogue. “It’s really light. See that? Such a difference, I feel awake.”

Have you tried any of these celebrity-approved concealers?
I use a Maybelline one.
The NYX one looks interesting
I’ve tried a few of these, the Pat McGrath one is my favourite
The nars one is my favourite
I have heredity dark circles (the fun kind) and use the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. It’s well worth the $45 price tag..although I’d rather not spend that much lol
I never use anything on my dark circles, but maybe I should
I haven’t used a concealer since I was a teenager but love that it can be an alternative to foundation
The Nars one is good
Cle de Peau concealer is great but pricey. I also want to try the Kosas concealer.
I haven’t tried any of these
