Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara
Dupe for: Glossier Boy Brow (currently unavailable in Australia)
It’s been almost a decade since Glossier launched, and we still have high hopes that the brand will finally make its way to Australia (we’re truly clowning at this point). But in the meantime, we’ve been loving the Essense Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel as the perfect Glossier Boy Brow dupe. The tinted gel holds brow hairs in place all day long to deliver a fluffy, natural-looking finish. The best part? It costs as much as your daily coffee and a little goes a long way.
“This instantly makes your eyebrows look fuller and neater. It also lasts all day. I can’t believe how affordable it is, for such an amazing product. It has a great small applicator which makes application super easy and precise.” – MissLola

NYX Professional Makeup Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Concealer
Dupe for: Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer ($60 at MECCA)
When it comes to drugstore makeup, NYX is one of our favourite brands. And they’ve truly outdone themselves with this dupe for the iconic Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer. The full-coverage matte formula instantly brightens, contours and camouflages imperfections for up to 24 hours. The Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Concealer has even solidified its celebrity status thanks to Bethenny Frankel‘s glowing review. Don’t believe us? We’ll let the bh members do the talking…
“An awesome everyday concealer. I use a lighter shade for under my eyes and I also have it in a darker shade to contour. It is creamy and easily blends out for a smooth finish.” – Sherrydee

Revlon Colorstay Suede Ink Lipstick in ‘Gut Instinct’
Dupe for: Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in ‘Pillow Talk’ ($48 at MECCA)
The ever-iconic Pillow Talk Matte Lipstick always seems to make an appearance on every red carpet – and every best lipstick round-up. But that’s because no other lipstick could compete with the creamy, long-lasting matte formula… until now. Revlon’s Colorstay Suede Ink Lipstick in ‘Gut Instict’ is the perfect shade match and will convert even the most loyal lip gloss lovers into matte lip stans. The velvety formula glides on like a dream, with eight-hour coverage that won’t flake or cake.
“The formulation of this lipstick is very impressive. Although the finish is matte, it does not leave my lips feeling dry, rather it does not even feel like I am wearing anything at all… it does not budge from my lips easily and the long-stay was fairly decent before it started to fade a little.” – ethelindie

Thos lipstick are beautiful shades 😍
Yes I love the look of them too Perthchic
Agreed. I was thinking exactly the same.
Essence is brilliant! I’ve been looking for it in-store for weeks, but it’s been out of stock. I’d say Make Me Brow is more of a dupe for Benefit Gimme Brow.
i love dupes because i can never really find where to buy the real ones for cheap!
i adore essence, so cheap
Charlotte tilbury is expensive!!!
anyone know a good price line near perth???
There are lots all over. Google it that is the easiest.
good tips!
Some good dupes here!
Some awesome brands to look out for
I would love to try this eye shadow pallet.
I haven’t tried the Revlon Lipstick but have tried the MECCA and love it, so I will try a Revlon one soon to compare.
There are a few products listed that I’ll have to look into.
Wow so many great dupes! I really want to try the ELF halo glow
Really like these dupe articles, keep them coming
I don’t know how it is 2023 and Glossier still does not ship to Australia. I’m over their brand now anyway. What a missed opportunity.
They only just launched in Sephora US so they are quite slow!
Some really great Dupes that are so very affordable.
Haha, Charlotte Tilbury is out of my price range and the dupe still isn’t that affordable
I really like the Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara. It likes looks like a bargain.
I’m always a sucker for the colours on this Revolution Ultimate Nudes Eyeshadow Palette in ‘Medium’
I like Revlon products, great value.
Some great dupes to try – thanks
I love these dupes.
essence is so good
Priceline is not that big in NZ although in Christchurch it is very popular
I like dior lip things, so prefer originals, they last me a long time.
Ooo I wanna try the Milani Baked Blush!
Wow, i love those lipstick colors. I’d definitely go for those
Interesting to check out the NYX concealer. Next time at Priceline, I now have a huge list of products I want to try out.
The concealer and lipstick look interesting.
I’m all for affordability and saving money, I might be going against popular opinion but I’m always wary of a dupe and also don’t believe it’s fair on the original. A lot goes into these products and would much prefer quality (not saying that’s always the case some of the dupes are probably good quality too).
I’m making a list of things I “need”….
Some great ones to try here. I like the eye palette swap
I have many dupes in my bathroom cupboard
Beautiful shades!
Great recommendations
So I walked into Priceline last week whilst on holidays (I don’t have a Priceline anywhere near where I live). I was really surprised at how reasonably priced their products are. Hair dye was $7 cheaper than Woolies.
Fantastic ones to try, will keep a look out.
Something to keep in mind
