  1. I’ve got the MAC Amber Times Nine, and I’m not totally in love with it. I haven’t used it for ages. I’ve got a couple of Bobbi Brown palettes that I won from Beautyheaven and they are just divine! Absolutely gorgeous! The colours are very pigmented and long wearing. Expensive but worth the extra cash. I love the colours in the Models Prefer Rose Nude Palette, but I wonder what the quality would be like? I’ve never used anything from that brand.

  2. Oooh one I got is Bobby brown in cool tones, not one pictured (grey, griege, blue/grey/nude insanely beautiful shade…anyways) looove! As is have grey eyes and it is perfection for my colouring

  3. I won the Maybelline in the Glosscars prize pack back in 2018. I haven’t reviewed it yet as I haven’t really used it that much, I’m trying to get through some other palettes I have. I’d love to own some higher end stuff like ABH or Huda but again, I have too many other ones.

  4. This reminds me I haven't worn eyeshadows in a long time. Before covid hit I used to apply eyeshadows everyday at work. I only used it last month for a glamour event , I might have to explore out all my daytime eyeshadows again.

  5. Really love Revlon ColorStay™ 16 Hour Eye Shadow they are smaller palettes rather than a large one with so many Colours not used.

Just one Question! Can women who are of mature age wear those glittery Eyeshadows.
Mainly I stick with Revlon Eyeshadows that are neutral Colours.

  6. The Burgundy Bar is one of my recent aquisitions, I've had the Rose Nudes palette for a few years now and love it too. I would love to get my hands on the Lancome palette…such unique and beautiful shades. Whilst I don't have the others, I am sure I have dupes in my collection that could replicate the same looks as the others.

  7. Bought The Burgundy Bar Palette a few days ago so still testing it out.
My eyes seemed a little irritated so I have given it a break, not sure if the dyes used in the colours are the problem as I am sensitive to some brands.
Even with my eye primer underneath still seemed to irritate so i hope I dont have to chuck it away.
I must admit I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the actual pallete it is very flimsy compared to others I have purchased.
i have quite alot of eyeshadow palettes so use different ones each day.

  8. I’ve got soooo many eyeshadow palettes, I really don’t need anymore. But I really want one of the Hourglass Graphik palettes. Not sure which colour I want yet. If I did get it, I would buy it with birthday vouchers. I’ll think about it……

  9. My favourite and most used palette at the moment is Stila ‘Eyes Are The Window To The Soul’. I’m pretty sure it’s discontinued now (bummer!). It’s beautiful neutral colours, very easy to wear. I bought it from Mecca. It has the cult Stila Kitten in it, which is almost finished. I’ll buy a single with my birthday vouchers.

  10. OMG Indie I’ve got sooooooooooo many eyeshadow palettes, I could open my own freaking store! But there’s always just one that you ‘desperately’ need isn’t there.

  11. I've used the Burgundy Bar and reviewed above its still not my " go to" as I have loads of pallets and like to switch around, plus some of the colours irritate my eyes. Just been gifted a MAC palette but slightly different colours from picture above.
Love the fact MAC are very pigmented so have to be careful not to overload brushes but so expensive for what they are.
I also have a mini MAC palette and just love some of the pastel shades.
