9 Black beauty creators to follow for amazing content

The beauty industry has come a long way in terms of representing people of colour.

And while there’s still a way to go, brands like Fenty Beauty and Pat McGrath Labs are helping to amplify the need for inclusivity and diversity not only in products, but campaigns and brand messaging too.

  1. Yeh I don't have time for much more than that – rarely I may target some youtube videos if I'm looking for a specific colour of, say, a lippy to see how it looks before I buy it but that's about as far as I go (and I really don't remember who they are or their names!).

  2. Don't follow influencers at all never have been into doing so only ever look at something that I might be interested in and then a influencer might come up regarding makeup or hair.

  3. Do not follow influencers. For skincare tried and tested I watch one youtuber. But use what my skin likes and needs. Makeup… rarely using, so that cancels out gurus in that department.

  4. Ditto….. I don't follow influencers. If I see something I like (on someone on the street or advertising or wherever) then I'll google it. Actually, I do follow our gorgeous Kats and I catch up on BH but I never blindly followed anything and I'm not about to start now.

  5. I'm actually surprised so few of us are drawn in by influencers. Fingers crossed the influencer craze is on the decline. I do enjoy good content though, I just loathe the concept of influencers.
