Are there three sweeter words than ‘Aldi’s Special Buys’? Ah yes, those blissful adrenalin-spiking sales that have seen us (sometimes shamefully) breaking into a light jog as we head towards those chaotically stacked centre aisles.
And while the affordable groceries may have us ducking in on occasion for supplies, it’s the beauty dupes that keep us waiting in line before the doors open up.

Park the outdoor fire pit and the camping accessories wish lists for a minute because the latest specials are packed full of items for the beauty lovers. And in true Aldi style, you can expect incredible dupes that rival their more expensive counterparts.
From at-home laser hair removal devices to mineral eyeshadow palettes, here are the products that are worth checking out.
Lacura Mineral Eyeshadow Palette – $8.99
The perfect basics palette. Utilise the lighter shades for a daytime look, while the chocolate browns will create the perfect smokey eye for the night.
The mineral palette comes with 12 different eyeshadows and one double-end application brush, making precise liners completely shaky-hand proof.
Lacura Mineral Mascara – $7.99
The smudge-proof formula will keep your lashes wispy and prevent any transfer onto the skin. And, um, did we mention it’s $7.99? Because it’s $7.99.
Lacura Make Up Sticks – $5.99
Cream contour, blush and highlight. These double-ended makeup sticks have product on one end and a blending sponge on the other. Convenient.
Kairplex 3-Step Hair Bonding – $19.99
Using salon-quality technology to restore damaged hair and protect hair bonds, enjoy an intensive hair treatment, shampoo and conditioner all for under $20. Ideal for targeting split ends and dry, unruly frizz.
Aldi Professional Hair Dryer – $24.99
With three temperature settings and two different speeds, Aldi’s ceramic-coated hair dryer comes with all the bells and whistles. AKA detachable nozzles like a diffuser for bouncy curls and a concentrator for a sleek blowout.
Visage IPL Hair Remover – $69.99
After we were forced to become professional at-home beauticians thanks to 2020’s lockdown, at-home laser hair removal devices have become the new norm. This price tag however, is not something we are used to.
Volume Hair Style
Fancy a professional blowout but don’t quite have the whole, round brush in one hand and dryer in the other routine down pat? This two-in-one heating tool leaves your mane with a salon-quality bouncy blowout, for a fraction of the price.
Main image credit: @topshelfbeauteHave you ever tried a beauty product from Aldi? What did you think of it?
They do make good products.
Not tried and .They seems good prices.
I’ll try my best to remember to come back here when I do, MGR!
Anyone tried the hair styler? I’m super keen to hear the reviews for that price point
I didn’t realise Aldi had any of these products. I’d be interested to hear what people who’ve used them think of them.
Looks like I’ll be going to Aldi on the weekend then
I have tried the Kairplex but I didn’t love it. I’ve also tried olaplex treatment and didn’t like that either. I do like the Aldi eye cream. I purchased it after reading an article on BH about it.
I bought the IPL looking forward to using it
On sale this week if you want a bargain
Will defiantly be seeing if I can get my hands on a number of these!!
ive got some great aldi products in past. a palette, a dupe for clarasonic, a collection of makeup brushes and a facisl cleanser. The brush i have my eye on.
Ha! I probably wouldn’t remember to, so definitely no judgement if you forget 😉
I have got the eyeshadow pallete, and its really nice considering the price 🙂
I always find at Aldi, you have to push and shove to get your hands on one! It is quite stressful!
Thamks frenchy1 I could use make up wipes for myself.
Lol yeah I know what you are saying. I usually send my hubby in to get the bits we need/use.
That’s so nice!
Mine would end up getting all of the wrong items.
I found the Aldi palettes after scouring 4 stores to find they are Made in China so I didn’t but them. I was hoping they were made in Germany or another European country.
lol Elly I can understand – but it’s usually the loo paper, olive oil, tissues and dishwasher tablets and we get the same ones all the time so he’s used to it now. ; )
Ah, I understand now!
I like the Lacura Caviar day night cream and eye cream. They feel great on my sensitive, mature, dry skin and I was impressed after being cautious before use. Would love to know more about this mascara.
Some of the products are good but I bought the diamond nail file for $2 and lost it somewhere, no loss really as it was not really good at all so would not recommend it.
Aldi is a group I can’t cope with at all so I’m not likely to ever try anything they sell, no matter how good it may or may not be.
The eyeshadow is a huge dupe for nyx palette. its super pigmented and one of my faves for a cheaper price
IPL for ho much! I didn’t see this. Though do not trust the quality of anything from Aldi. Should I?
Kariplex, want to know who tried it and how it was? I know aldi brought it back twice.
I remember Kassalee bought some a while ago – I wonder how she went with it?
All so cheap
