The Avon True 24K Gold Lipstick is a rich, creamy lipstick that’s infused with real 24K gold particles to give lips an exquisite shimmer and opulent shine. The moisturising formula contains vitamin E and glides smoothly on lips. It stays true to colour, is non-feathering and provides full-to-medium coverage. The lipstick is available in 6 luminous shades.
The majority of testers felt that the Avon True 24K Gold Lipstick left their lips feeling hydrated with a soft, shine finish. Most triallers were impressed by how smooth the hydrating formula felt when they applied it. They enjoyed the shimmer effect from the 24K gold particles and liked that the lipstick stayed true to colour. Although some triallers noted that the lipsticks weren’t as long wearing as they would have liked, most were happy with the longevity of the product.

[Quote: The Avon 24K gold lipstick is a highly pigmented lipstick that is easy to apply and feels so comfortable to wear. The texture of the lipstick is smooth and it glides easily onto your lips, it doesn’t feel coarse despite its visible shimmering flecks of gold. The finish is sort of a cross between a lipstick and a gloss- the high pigment, texture and application are like a lipstick, however the dewy, moisturised finish is like a gloss.]

[Quote: The lipsticks have medium pigmentation and can be build able to create a more opulent shade. The gold shimmer is fine enough to create a nice effect but not too garish glittery look on lips. It applies on very smoothly, almost in a gliding manner thanks to it moisturising formula and has a soft shine finish on lips which continues to moisturise the lips during the wear and would be perfect to wear for those who are constantly in air-conditioned environments.]

[Review: Gorgeous lipsticks from Avon!]
[Quote: I am very pleased to say that these lipsticks are incredible! They are super hydrating and just glides across the lips like or as smooth as a lip balm. They last about 2 hours for me without retouching. The only unfortunate thing is that the shade ‘Tangerine’ is probably not a very good match for my skin tone. The nude one is lovely though…gives me that MLBB sort of look.]

[Quote: The formula is lovely. It is buttery and hydrating, almost like a lip balm. It was fairly sheer, but build able. It felt very comfortable on the lips and lasted longer than I expected. I only ever needed to touch it up once or twice a day. The lipstick had tiny gold reflects in it, which look gorgeous when they catch the light. They are definitely subtle enough that you can wear the lipstick during the day and not look too over the top.]

[Quote: On opening the lipstick I was intrigued by the gold flecks. I initially thought that it would be too glittery, particularly with the red, but I was wrong. It added another dimension to the colour. A lovely gold sheen to my bottom lip, perfect for evening wear but still great to jazz things up.]
