Goop is no stranger to controversy (jade egg for your vagina, anyone?) but the trailer for their new Netflix show has caused quite the stir, even for them.
The controversial trailer has showcased five of the ‘wellness’ practices they will be researching during the show, and they’re all a little strange to say the least.
Here are all five, along with why we’re steering clear.
You know, I couldn't agree more. Gwyn lost her mind, my god, who in the hell wants a vagina smelling candle? Just disturbing, and it gets worse it sold out on the waiting list.
The heat oh I can't function in summer my whole body starts to shut down. My feet get heated and my stress on high level yeah not much fun.
I'm getting curious, I have to admit. After reading your scopes I would probably watch it if I had Netfix. Cant's believe exorcism is offered as alternative therapy. Most of the staff looked crazy to me, maybe except Reiki because I had some experience with it it it made me sort of believe in it (Got rid of my pain for at least 3 hours)
99.9% of what Gwynneth says is cuckoo. I'm on board with cold therapy, though.
I read "Lifespan" by David Sinclair recently & it mentioned cold therapy. When you get out of the thermoneutral zone (not too cold, not too hot), it activates the survival circuit, which is good for your health. Not long enough to get heat exhaustion or frostbite, of course,
No nothing appeals, its far from the wellness experiences I have tried. Gwyn does not have my vote.

Weird – do.
