Being an Online Editor, it’s hardly rocket science to imagine that I’d be on the internet lots. But actually you’d be wrong.
It’s like the old adage I guess – there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Take my skincare and make-up routine of a weekend for example: virtually non-existent. It’s not that my love of make-up is strictly a 9-5 thing (it’s all encompassing), it’s just that after being crazy experimental during the week, testing, trialling, sampling you name it to keep you super up-to-date I like to give my skin a little rest, a mini siesta if you will.
And it’s the same with the internet, my job (and in this cyberspace world we live in I know I’m not alone) requires so much time on it that it takes something really, really good to pique my interest. Which is why I want to share with you a little treasure of a cyber find: www.mylookbook.com.au
It’s the ultimate online magazine and has everything a girl could possibly need. This month they’re paying homage to the style icon that is Rachel Zoe, worshipping metallic bags (perfect for my gold fever obsession), oh and doing a spotlight on a lady you’ll recognise – beautyheaven’s founder, Jackie. Go check it out, I insist. I also insist that you come back and see me – it’ll be lonely without you.
What did you think of mylookbook?
