Meghan Markle Is Wearing Anti-Stress Patches On Her Wrist, Here’s How They Work

No matter what side of the fence you sit on in regards to Meghan Markle, there’s one thing we can all agree on: the woman is under immense stress. Although, from the outside looking in, she wears it very well.

Let’s face it, if we were under round-the-clock scrutiny on a global level, you’re laughing if you think we’d be serving impeccable hair looks day in and out.

But hey, we’re not married to the King of England’s son. Unfortunately…

As an investor in the plant-based supplement company, Clevr, Meghan’s passion for wellness has been well established. So, it wasn’t hugely shocking to learn that she seeks out alternative methods when it comes to keeping her stress under control.

What are the anti-stress patches Meghan Markle is wearing?

These are not to be mistaken for a Nicorette patch you might spot on someone trying to quit smoking. The circular blue stickers Meghan’s wearing on the inside of her wrist are actually NuCalm Biosignal Processing Discs ($80 at NuCalm).

Catch us explaining Meghan’s skin care routine? We could do it with our eyes closed. As for breaking down the complex process of electromagnetic frequencies, we’ll do our best. And for anything else, we’ll shoot you in the direction of a very helpful video tutorial…

As per the NuCalm website, each disc works to “simplify the process of activating the parasympathetic nervous system”. Got it? No, neither do we.

In layman’s terms, they work to reduce anxiety and reduce our stress response by sending signals around our body which tell us to slow down and keep calm.

We hope Meghan is feeling as calm as can be!

  1. Wow they sound interesting. I remember wearing ‘nausea braclets’ when I felt nauseous a few years ago and I wanted to try something natural. Doc told me about them! Said his wife used them through nausea when she had menopausal nausea.

  2. I’m not a fan of Meghan. Can’t say I have heard of the patches although I have seen them on some people and had no idea what they were about. I do suffer some anxiety in some situations so it would be interesting to know a bit more about them.

  3. I would try some anti-stress patches. If they worked it would be worth it. Kind of reminds me of seasickness patches I tried once though (unfortunately they didn’t work) haha.
