I’m not surprised celebrities are a healthy bunch of human beings. From having to look ultra-glam on the red carpet all year round, to leading rather jam-packed lives, it’s no wonder they need the stress release from exercise and the energy from healthy, nutritious foods. 

Doing so also ensures they look ever-so youthful, and means they’re more likely to defy the ageing process for many years to come. But how do they stay happy, healthy and almost ageless from the inside out? Let’s find out.

G-Stef works hard for her rock-hard abs, combining weekly strength training with cardio to maintain them. She’s also extremely healthy when it comes to food, making sure her diet is always packed with organic fruits and veggies, soy milk and nuts.
