When it comes to health and fitness, here at beautyheaven we sometimes need a bit of extra encouragement. After all, we can’t all be motivated 100 per cent of the time!
Thankfully, following the huge success of its parent show, the 2014 Australian Fitness & Health Expo in Melbourne, the satellite Fitness Show is on in NSW next weekend. Sydneysiders, get ready for a fitness hit.
Showcasing all things fitness over more than 14,000 square metres, the event offers the following:
• The very latest fitness gadgets, accessories, nutrition and clothing from top brands including Lorna Jane, Asics and Garmin
• Fitness celebrities and experts, including Commando Steve, who will run VIP training sessions and presentations over the two days, and Australia’s Healthy Chef Teresa Cutter
• Live sporting events including natural bodybuilding, powerlifting and the search to find Australia’s fittest man and woman
• Plenty of tips and advice on the Healthy Living Stage from some of the top fitness and health experts in the country

Where: Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park
When: 18/10/2014 and 19/10/2014
Time: 9.30am-5.30pm
Cost: $30 for a one-day pass or $50 for a two-day pass. Children under 12 enter free.
Transport: There is plenty of parking at the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park starting at $4 per hour or come by bike using the Sydney Regional Cycleways network.
