Blake Lively has revealed her impressive pregnancy weight loss on Instagram. The actress, who has two daughters with husband Ryan Reynolds, has been refreshingly real about losing weight after her second baby.

Blake posted a picture with personal trainer Don Saladino, revealing that she’d lost 61 lbs (about 27kgs) of pregnancy weight.

“Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models. Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud,” Blake captioned the photo.
Obviously not all new mums have the same kind of access to trainers and nutritionists that Blake does. But we still love that the actress has been real about the effort she’s put in over the last 14 months. And that she’s proud of herself – you go Blake!
