If you’ve used a sea salt spray before, you’ve got this. Newbies – fret not, it’s really simple. For tousled waves, focus the spray on the mid-lengths and ends of your damp or dry hair and scrunch in sections. If you’re worried about overdoing it, spray it onto your hands – as opposed to your hair – and then scrunch.
