I wash my hair with this product twice before following up with the conditioner, and even before using the conditioner my hair feels luscious and soft. The product lathers up well and really gets into the scalp and the roots to make the hair and the head feel clean and refreshed. I found that I didn’t have to wash my hair as frequently when using this product, which obviously makes the hair more healthy and is a big bonus as I regularly bleach my hair. Directions for use is to wet hair and massage a generous amount all through the hair, then rinse off and apply conditioner. It is a honey coloured gel consistency, which lathers up well and rinses out easily. It smells amazing too. My hair has been under great stress recently, having several highlighting foils put through it, which has made my hair dry and dull. The combination of both this shampoo and conditioner has renewed my hair. It is now feeling much stronger, and looking softer, shinier and silky. The conditioner has a thick cream consistency which massages easily into the mid-lengths and ends of my hair. It has the same nutty smell as the shampoo, I assume from the argan oil that both products have. The conditioner rinses easily from the hair and does not leave a heavy residue, which is nice as it does not create any build-up. I found that it made my hair silky, moisturised, shiny, and strengthened it. The product has a lovely smell which stayed in my hair for roughly a day after use which I loved. Usually when using conditioner, I just focus the product on the ends of my hair as if I use it at the top, my hair becomes oily much too soon. I’m not sure of why, especially considering the fact that this conditioner was hydrating, but I was able to run this conditioner through all of my hair and leave it in for roughly five minutes without my hair getting terribly oily at the roots! I was impressed with the conditioner too and it made a great compliment to the shampoo. Loved the smell and it wasn’t overpowering. It left the scent in my hair for a few days afterwards which I liked. The consistency was good as well and didn’t feel like it was too heavy or was going to leave my hair weighed down. Afterwards my hair felt quite soft and bit lighter. After a few more washes it persisted which I really liked and also helped to reduce the knottiness as well.
