Move into the bright (high)lights

Move into the bright (high)lights

I’m no wallflower (I’m sure I don’t need to tell any of you that!) and I really  prefer to stand out from the crowd. It’s for this very reason that I begin to get a little sulky when I realise my hair colour is beginning to fade, and my look is getting a little dull and dismal.

Tell me, who has time for salon visits every time that happens? No one I tell you! Well, maybe the housewives of Orange County – but that’s it. So it became my mission to find a hair enhancer that I could depend on to bring me back into the (high)light, and ensure my lightened tresses stayed bright and beautiful.

Then, like a shiny beacon of hope, came John Frieda Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating Shampoo and Conditioner (can you hear the Hallelujah chorus?). This little power duo works to brighten your highlights using a sunflower and white tea complex that amplifies your colour with mega-watt shine and makes you look just-coloured – with a noticeable contrast after just one use!

The best part? They don’t deposit colour onto your hair as they work (we all know that can make your strands feel weighed down). Instead, they have the ability to purify blonde strands and make your highlights glisten while still being seriously light with no fear of build-up.

Now if that’s not enough to jump up and down about then I don’t know what is.

(Okay, maybe if Justin Bieber was in town – but that’s it!).

How do you bring a little light into your beauty look?
