The Lady Jayne Restorative Scalp Brush massages shampoo and hair treatments into the roots of both wet and damp hair. With the addition of silicone bristles, the brush supports deep scalp exfoliation and promotes blood circulation.

Up until this point, several members of the Trial Team revealed that their hair wash routine began and ended with a quick and frequent shampoo and conditioner. These simplified regimens meant the Restorative Scalp Brush felt like an exciting yet non-essential addition. Those who commenced the trial looking to add a massage element to their regular wash routine were delighted to quickly discover the silicone bristles did a lot more for the scalp than just helping to relax.

After just a few washes, members reported the time between hair wash days had been significantly extended. As the scalp brush is able to deeply work shampoo into the roots, the hair was left with a far deeper clean than what can be achieved when working product in with our hands. Particularly with such an easy-to-grip handle. It’s this thorough cleanse and exfoliation that keeps the hair looking and feeling cleaner for longer. One member even described the results as being “astonishing”.

Members who used the brush on dry hair between washes were able to penetrate pressure points and in turn, release the scalp’s natural sebum. This method works to naturally condition the scalp and even work in hair serums, oils or treatments.

For those who’ve previously avoided keeping hair tools in the shower due to a build-up of mould and grime, members were happy to report that due to the widely spaced, silicone bristles, the brush was easy to clean, rinse and keep dry. It’s for this reason that they found it to be one of the most convenient and hygienic hair tools they’d come across.

Quickly filed under ‘products you didn’t know you needed’, Lady Jayne’s Restorative Scalp Brush is now a staple in the routine of all members of the Trial Team. Though the trial has concluded, members won’t be giving up their regular head massages and sparkling clean hair anytime soon.

“Originally just wanted it for the relaxing/head massage promises of the brush however since using it I have realised it really changes the hair wash game! My scalp feels a lot cleaner and gets less oily allowing me to spread out the days I need to wash my hair. The shampoo can really can in between the hairs and roots giving it a good scrub.” – bhs lucy, read more reviews here…

“Not sure why I didn’t opt in to try this earlier but this has been the best thing for my hair and scalp. The handle provides an easy manoeuvre and the bristles are soft yet massages my scalp so well. The widely spaced out silicone bristles make it easy to clean, rinse, dry and prevent the build up of mould. Ever since using this, I have noticed less build up of oils on my scalp and hair, and have reduced the amount of times I have washed my hair throughout the week.” – 1503jl, read more reviews here…

“This is one of the best brushes I’ve ever used! It is easy to hold with the sleek wooden handle and the silicone brushes feel so soft on your scalp. I’ve used it on both dry and wet hair and it provides the same effect of an amazing scalp massage.” – mich2591, read more reviews here…

“After using it for a mont or so I found this brush cleaned my hair on a new level by really deep cleansing the scalp. The silicone bed not only felt amazing but worked wonders at getting through my thick hair to my scalp!” – amelia carroll, read more reviews here...

  1. I want to know how it goes on hair that is so fine you can only see it if you hold it up to the light. My hair is so fine my hairdresser put it on a hair calibrator and told me that most babies have thicker hair than I do. My hair will knot up in a slight breeze so I’m sure using this would turn it into a hellfire birds nest mess!!

  2. Oo i have something similar to this, i have a love hate relationship with it. My curly hair gets more tangled than it already is, but so good it helps get into my scalp and clean it
