As someone with long hair, it can be a bit of a drag. Wearing it down means I have frizzy, knotty, sweaty hair to distract me all day.
The solution? A quick and chic updo I can manage without the professionals.

#1 Prep it
Work in a mousse on wet hair to give it a firm hold, then blow-dry completely. Try De Lorzeno Elements Motion Styling Mousse – it has a rich, non-sticky texture, and will moisturise and smooth out any flyaways.
#2 Shape it
Gather your hair into a high pony, and fasten with an elastic. Pull your pony through the hole of the Scunci Bun Maker and slide up to the ponytail base. Split your hair into two even sections, and spread it over the bun maker, wrapping the hair around and covering it from sight.
Top tip: Not keen to tangle or damage your hair? Use Scunci Brunette Polybands. They also come in blonde, so you can colour-match your mane.
#3 Secure it
Secure your bun in place with Scunci Bobby Pins and allow parts of your hair to fall loosely. Remember it’s not about creating a sleek updo, but more about that loose, carefree summer style.
