How Blake Lively reached beauty maturity

I think most people would agree that Gossip Girl star Blake Lively has always been stunning – and someone who is constantly envied for her unwavering beauty.  

Though recently, she seems to be looking even better than ever before, and we want to know how! One thing we could put it down to is her marriage to Ryan Reynolds, which is just another reason we’re totally seeing green! 

Blake’s recent  beauty looks show she’s totally bloomed and has seemingly reached beauty maturity – you know, the point in a woman’s life where’s she oozes confidence and isn’t afraid to take risks with her hair and make-up.

Just check out her recent red carpet appearance at the Met Gala (wowza!), and the above look from just last week, where she dazzled at the cocktail party for Gucci, complete with a flirty fishtail braid and smoky, kohl-lined eyes. It’s a far cry from some of her less-than-perfect looks (hello no eyebrows!).

Perhaps being the face of L’Oreal Paris has given her the confidence boost she needed? Or maybe it’s being happily married and in love that’s added the extra  wow factor into everything she does. Whatever the reason, at 26, Blake seems to have reached that level of beauty maturity when she just knows what works for her. The photos don’t lie: Blake is definitely one hot wifey!
