When people fancy mixing it up, sometimes they opt for a new eyeshadow colour or even a new shade of lippie, but then there’s Rihanna – when nothing short of a complete hair revamp will do.
RiRi’s done the 180 on the brown hair with blonde front bits (or bangs) that I actually used to sport circa 2002 (was I ahead of the game?). She was seen just recently at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards sporting a very pretty, much blonder, ‘do, with heavy dark pieces sweeping her face, while the left side is still partially buzz-cut, to toughen up the feminine blonde hue. If anyone can pull off a hair look like that, it’s Rihanna.
Do you think RiRi will ever run out of hair looks that wow and opt for a single-shade look? We don’t think so, but then again Vincent Nobile from Headcase Hair (who is Wella’s Colour Ambassador and the man responsible for Debbie’s dark ‘do) tells us that solo hair hues are bang on trend this season…
