Greys are glorious. They mean you’re getting older and wiser (and not to brag but I scored them in my early twenties). We’re all about flaunting greys but know a lot of men and women prefer to hide them.

So if you’re someone who wants to wear your hair grey – go for gold! But if you’d prefer some sneaky solutions for covering them up, read on…
#1 Change your part
Only have greys in your centre part? Flip it! It’s your quickest fix and it can completely change up your look!
#2 Use a dark dry shampoo
Chances are you’re spraying your dirty locks with dry shampoo anyway! Kill two birds with one stone and hide some of your greys while freshening up your ‘do. beautyheaven loves Batiste Dry Shampoo – Coloured and Klorane Dry Shampoo with Nettle Tinted.
#3 Apply a root concealer
In an ideal world, we’d be having very regular trips to the hair salon. But, as we all know, this isn’t an ideal world. We’re all busy and getting your hair did can sometimes cost a motza. So between appointments, it’s best to use a root concealer like the 1000 Hour Hair Colour Root Cover-Up, L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch – Instant Root Concealer Spray, Toppik Hairbuilding Fibres, ModelCo HAIR MASCARA and Clairol Nice’n Easy Root Touch Up. And for the men, there are even brush-in gels to groom away grey hairs in moustaches and beards! beautyheaven loves the Just For Men Moustache & Beard.
#4 Go for a textured hairstyle
If you add a volumising product, like the Moroccanoil Root Boost or ghd root lift spray, to your roots and then use a curling wand to add messy and voluminous texture, it will distract the eye from your greys.
beautyheaven loves the Remington Keratin & Argan Oil Nourish Conical Tong and muk curl stick 28mm-22mm wedge barrel.
#5 Gradually get some colour
You can work some colour back into grey roots without actually having to head back to the salon. Gradually mask greys with the Restoria Discreet Colour Restoring Shampoo and Goldwell Professional Colorance Soft Color.
#6 Do an at-home dye
You can hold off on heading back to the salon by taking the DIY route. beautyheaven loves the NaturStyle Permanent Hair Colourant, Just For Men Shampoo-in Haircolour and THE SHADE Colour Kit.
