Stepping out at the American Cinematheque Awards (where she was being honoured no less) Helen gave us the perfect chic asymmetrical lob. A few weeks ago we were lauding Jennifer Lopez’s picture perfect blowout at the 2024 Golden Globes. Cut to Paris Couture Fashion Week: the 54 year old has lopped off her glamourous curls in favour of a chin-grazing bob. JLo debuted the fresh new look while sitting front row at the Schiaparelli S/S 24 Couture Show, dressed in a custom look by the designer fashioned entirely out of fresh rose petals. “A coat made of 7,000 real rose petals kept fresh and alive by sugar water, also known as hummingbird nectar. Designed especially for me by Daniel Roseberry for Schiaparelli Couture 2024,” the singer said of the awe-inspiring look via Instagram.

Penelope Cruz

Penelope Cruz has joined the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Julianne Hough as the latest celebrity to chop all her hair off. On January 5th, the Spanish actress made an appearance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival with her signature chocolate tresses still in tact. But on the 9th she attended the Governor’s Awards with a freshly cut midi bob that grazed the tops of her shoulders. She also appears to have refreshed her balayage hair colour, opting for on-trend streaks of root-to-tip caramel highlights instead.

Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria’s started 2024 with a bang, literally. The actress debuted a fresh set of Birkin bangs at the La Cena event in Los Angeles, which celebrates creative excellence in the Latino film and television community. Eva’s hairdresser Dimitris Giannetos styled her new ‘do into a sexy, wet-look ‘Mick Jagger shag’ for the evening.

Much to her fans’ delight, Jennifer Aniston resurrected the iconic ‘Rachel’ haircut (inspired by her Friends character Rachel Green) for the 2024 Golden Globes ceremony. The 54 year old has consistently rocked long hair for the past few years, so the fact that she’s decided to chop her bronde locks into a shoulder-grazing lob is kind of a big deal.
