Hollywood’s still mad about the Bingle bob, but Dakota Johnson and Lily Allen have taken their cropped cuts in a slightly different direction.
Dakota, who used to have shoulder-length strands, just debuted her newly lobbed ‘do. It’s quite a change from her former girlish look, but personally, I love it.
Miss Johnson paired the new style with a fitting man-style jacket and trendy retro shades. Love.
But the actress’ new look could be short-lived, as she’ll have to grow her long hair back again in time to film the second 50 Shades of Grey movie. That is, unless she wears a wig like Jourdan Dunn!
In the meantime, I love that she’s still kept her signature fringe.
Not to be outdone by Dakota, Lily Allen’s taken her bob to new heights. Previously, she rocked this glossy blonde crop:
But the singer’s traded in her platinum bob for a green to fuchsia graduation. It’s quite possibly the most vibrant hairdo ever:
Of course, this isn’t the singer’s first daring lock look.
She’s experimented with pink, silver, orange, and purple hair – but two daring dyes combined? Well, it’s bold, even for Lily.
The carefree celeb captioned the picture with this hilarious quip: “Not long till I’m 30, one last hurrah on the hair front. watermelon hurr dun care.”
Love it or loathe it, she’s certainly proved that it’s never too late to change up your beauty look!
