If you’re only using your shampoo for general cleanliness, it’s time to shape up. Though they do work to keep our roots from greasing over, a good quality shampoo will also brighten, smooth, volumise and even thicken (if you’re clever about which bottle you take home).
So, whether you’ve got naturally fine hair or you’ve started to notice fallout and your growth serum or scalp scrub needs a little back up, we recommend selecting a shampoo that is going to focus on strengthening and stimulating hair growth at the roots.
One quick tip? Look for shampoos that have been enriched with caffeine and biotin to promote hair follicle health.

Have you tried a thinning shampoo? If so, which was the most effective for you?
I remember trying the Aveda Volumizing Shampoo a long time ago. Did not know some of these brands had products for thinning hair.
Always had thin hair and now even thinner after having kids but hopefully these recommendations work!
I've tried the Viviscal and it worked quite well
