If you’ve been experiencing signs of hair and scalp ageing such as thinning, loss of volume or a dry scalp then this is the treatment for you. The patented once daily formula is enriched with tangerine peel and Japanese knotweed to help support the hair’s natural keratin.
“My hair has more volume and thickness that it has since before I had my kids! As I entered my 50s I assumed that thin hair was just a part of the deal of growing older, but apparently that’s not the case. My hair even has the nice wave that it had years ago, and I’ve been able to try different styles without worrying about looking like I’m going bald.” – Kakidd66

What is your best tip for battling thinning hair or treating fine hair? Do you have a product or style that works for you?
Some interesting products here that I will have to look into. Thank you Beautyheaven.
Love bed head products!
I have thick hair, so I’m good without these.
You lucky thing! 😉
Same here haha (though it’s thinning fast so maybe one day?)
This article is for me! I was given some gorgeous hair products for fine hair for a Mother’s Day gift by altaparf and they are really good too.
Fortunately volume is not something I need.
My hair is so thin now. Need to start using the Aveda products again.
Yeh I also have them as a reliable standby product and have Aveda in my circulation of fave hair products! I’ve just recently found Alfaparf (for fine hair range) amazing too! 🙂 Hair Food (a hair treatment you eat) is also something I’ve started using a month or so ago and it’s giving me back hair at the temples area I’ve been missing for years!
Come again? Where do I find Hair Food and is it actually edible?
I mostly use John Frieda so perhaps I should give their hair thickening a go?
I recently bought the Larry King volumizing hair mist, and oh my lordy, does it give volume!
Not having thinning hair. Not fussed with thickness of my hair at all.
I don’t have thinning hair, but I lose a lot of hair when I wash it. I’m amazed how much comes out in the shower and afterwards when I comb it while still wet.
I already have too much hair to deal with and it can be such a pain.
I’m lucky to still have thick hair. Good to have this info to help those who need.
I have very fine hair which could benefit from some thickening. I’m a little skeptical about thickening products though
My hair is quite thick enough
I’d love to try the Colour Wow
I am interested to hear about more results and if there are more natural products available.
I have two of these I need to get around to.
My hair is actually quite thick
I use either Nioxin or Viviscal to thicken a small patch of thinner hair. They both work for me.
At the moment I have been using Growth Bomb Hair Serum and Spray, it certainly is making my hair much Thicker.
I don’t need help with volume as I have thick wavy / frizzy hair. I do recommend John Frieda’s products for curls or straightening though
Omg, so noticed something. Got some hand made bristle brush recently. And every time I use it after washing hair and later before getting ready, my hair looks “bigger”! From scalp to the ends. Then used another regular paddle brush with plastic pin bristles, hair flat with some frizz. Seems this bristle brush does the miracle of making my hair look volumised and like silk
Oooh! I’m intrigued Yo! Which brand do you use?
I’m lucky I have quite thick hair but my mum’s hair is very fine and thin. I might look at getting her some of these.
Are the Aveda products worth it? Just had a baby and yep, thin hair – thought i was lucky but now its just thin as!
If you are ok with essential oils in your products, go for it. I love Aveda!
It will grow back! It will fall out and then grow back.
The Invati range is fantastic! Found it here on Bh!
Clip in hair pieces are a great way to add bulk to a hairstyle. The stars use them ALL the time.
Not for me as I’ve already got thick hair
My hair is so thick that these are the last thing I need!
Thank goodness thickness is not really an issue with me.
Great informative article. I have used Grow & Nioxin products in the past & very happy with the results.
I have really thick hair so this article doesn’t apply to me .
I have a lot of hair but it is very fine.
I have to much hair as it is. Lol
I use styling powders sometimes – they definitely work at adding oomph but make my hair feel a little icky.
I’ve got fine hair, but a lot of it & most of it is concentrated at the mid-lengths & ends. My poor roots can get flat as a tack. Styling products only tend to weigh my roots down & don’t do much for the rest of my hair sadly.
I could do with a thicker ponytail!
I’m trying to encourage as much hair growth as possible after chemo, so this is really helpful.
I have thick frizzy hair but when I put it in a ponytail the ends seem quite thin.
I like Grow thicker fuller. It really add volume to my hair.
Really want to try the Grow one, so affordable too!
I have been using Olaplex to help thicken my hair by reducing hair fall and breakage. It’s taken time, but definitely helped. I also loved Lush’s cinnamon solid shampoo bar which stimulates growth. Need to try some of these, especially Aveda!
Hm… not sure about these.
My hair is fine and tends to be frizzy; I’m usually trying not to add more volume to it!
Its so hot and sticky here right now, and even though i washed my hair last night and blow dried it, its so limp and already looks oily
Some excellent brands
