We all get stuck in a hair rut once in a while so we thought we’d serve you up some mid-year suggestions – really just the best of the best of the year to date. Well that was the plan anyway, but then we found so many styles that we adored from the last few months that it was impossible to rifle through snaps harking back to January.

Pretty pin-up: Peaches Geldof
Ignore the heavy-handed kohl. Ignore the mismatched face and chest. Don’t even look at the slutty-sailor get-up, just focus on the singular pin-up curl: the saving grace of this whole ensemble. Peaches has had some hit and misses in her time, but hair-wise, this look that she sported at the unveiling of Miss Ultimo lingerie line at Debenhams (a UK-based DJs-style store), was definitely a hit.
