Jo Malone London Star Magnolia Cologne

Available April 30

Aside from the fact that this is easily one of the prettiest perfumes to ever grace my desk, the scent smells exactly like a warm spring day. This fragrance is an absolute dream,  featuring top notes of lemon, ginger and shiso, heart notes of star magnolia, magnolia leaf and orange blossom, and base notes of sandalwood. If you’re feeling the winter blues, this is one way to put a spring back into your step!

Hask Repairing Shampoo and Conditioner – Greek Yoghurt with Blueberry and Acai

Available now

From the second the scent hits your nose, you’ll be hooked on the deliciousness of this shampoo and conditioner (trust me, it’s love at first sniff). Blending greek yoghurt and fruit extracts into your daily wash not only leaves your locks smelling AWESOME but it’s also a truly genius way to pack protein and calcium into your haircare. Together, they help nourish and moisturise your strands, while the antioxidant-rich blueberry and acai do a bang up job at preventing breakage. Feed your hair this yoghurty goodness – you won’t be sorry you did.

But perhaps the coolest part about this duo is the packaging. Both the shampoo and conditioner have dual chambers – meaning there’s a tube of greek yoghurt inside the tube of fruit extract. Once you squeeze it, the formulas combine in your hand. Snazzy, no?

Dior PUMP N’ VOLUME Squeezable Mascara

$55, Myer and David Jones

Having tried many, many different mascaras over the years, including formulas that promise to volumise, darken, lengthen, define, curl and generally take my lashes to new heights, I think I’ve finally found The One.

The mascara packs some serious innovation in a tiny tube. It leaves you with really fat lashes and a super rich texture – almost as if you’re wearing falsies. Guys, this is next generation stuff. The secret reason it’s so good is simple, but oh so brilliant. While the tube may look like your classic plastic barrel, it’s actually squeezeable, which allows you to pump the formula onto the brush (hence the name). This is what makes the formula go on extra intense, so while it’s pricey, it’s worth it.

Looks like Dior just cracked the code on the easiest way to apply false lashes, ever.

The Body Shop Almond Milk & Honey Body Scrub & Body Lotion

Available now

It’s about that time of year when we really need to up the ante on moisturising, and since I’m a sucker for smell, me and this scrumptious body lotion and body scrub are about to become inseparable over the next few months. Firstly, let’s talk about the scrub. Infused with real crushed almond shells that are designed to gently buff away dead skin cells, my skin is going to be feeling smoother than a baby’s bottom. For the finale, a good lathering of this body lotion from head to toe will do the trick. It’s fast-absorbing and stops itchy skin in its tracks. Beautiful skin, come at me!

Mario Badescu Strawberry Tonic Mask

$26, mecca.com.au, available now

Since I’m loving food-based products so much this month, I thought it was high time to give this baby a whirl. Formulated with strawberry extract, this face mask is brilliant for nipping blackheads in the bud, and brightening your complexion. Slap it on, wait twenty minutes and rinse and watch your skin GLOW.

Peppermint Grove The Lust List – Peony Rose Candle

Available now

There are candles, and then there are candles, and this my friends, will knock your socks off. A word of warning – it’s almost too pretty to burn, but if you can muster the will to do so, you will not be disappointed. Geranium and peony rose are undoubtedly the hero scents in this candle, but you’ll also get a whiff of clove, cedar, musk and bergamot.

Tom Ford Beauty Shade and Illuminate Lips

$90, David Jones, available now

It seems like this timeless beauty house has embraced social media – or at least the crazy beauty trends that are created through it. The wonderful Mr Ford has gone and surprised us all by taking the rampant Instagram ombré lip trend and turning it into an instant classic, and I for one, am thrilled. The Beauty Shade and Illuminate Lips pairs two velvet matte lipsticks – one light, one dark – to help you create one seriously dramatic ombré pucker.  Beauty bloggers are going ape for them, and once you get your hands on one, so will you.

What have you bought lately that you’re loving?
