I ordered a Stila powder compact from them. It’s real – my sister has the same compact so I could compare them – but their service is terrible! I submitted my order, then a couple of days later I get an email saying my postal address is incorrect and to correct it on their website. I “correct” it i.e. check that it’s correct and in the right format etc, which it was! Then I get another email the next day asking me to confirm my address AGAIN… anyway it’s just a bit of a fuss to order from them.
Hi, I ordered Youngblood from them about a month ago and when I got my order and looked at my products I knew they were fake. The colors were way off when I compared it to the Youngblood website. I contacted them and they said to return the products. I did get a refund on the products but not the postage. Wouldn’t buy from them again.
