What to do if rewards room product never turned up?
It’s been over two months since I ordered something off the rewards room. I’ve emailed beauty heaven and sent them a message on Facebook trying two times to work out what happened, but I’ve still had no response.
Has anyone had this issue? I’m not sure what to do. I don’t know if anyone actually checks the emails. I’m literally considering writing them a physical letter lol. They can keep the points and the products but it’s unfair to keep the shipping fee if you’re not gonna send me anything

After waiting over a month I decided to just cut my losses and get a PayPal refund on my order ($10 postage) and what do you know BH emailed me and asked me about it and my products were then sent out to me this week!

I placed an order a few days ago – wiped out a good chunk of my points on some splurge items, from brands I’ve never tried before. I hope they turn up!

Rewards Room feels a bit transient now much like website and it’s members.
Never know what you will get. A good day when it works or a day where it kicks you out lol.
I have made two orders in last 2 years. As I mentioned before I never received a lip gloss I ordered. I emailed and got a response with promise of another item. But that was never followed.up. I also took pot luck and ordered one of the clinique lipsticks but the colour that arrived was not for me so I gifted to a friend.
Otherwise I have been happy. I have noticed some new brands being listed but they too are transient at times on the site as we are aware.
I’d like expiry dates mainly because I need to know how long I have to play with items.
I am sure bh will continue to deliver.
I did think with the gloss cars we would of seen some new product left overs but nothing yet. -

I’ll happily wear bold lippy colours, but I don’t want to spend my points on dupes or nudes, which I’ll never wear. $10 P&H + points for a lucky dip? Who’s going to take that gamble?

Yes I have emailed a few times asking about skincare and suncream expiry dates, and also some of the Habitual sachets, I wanted to know what flavours, as I wanted the blueberry one, not lime or something I may not like. My emails were all ignored too which is very disappointing

I just checked & my last order was November 2022! My points have really accrued!
I’ve baulked at placing an order because I can’t pick the colour of makeup items anymore. I don’t want to get stuck with whatever random colour I might get sent. I’m also having trouble adding products to my wishlist – more glitches!
In the past, I’ve always received my orders. Remember, if you do end up placing an order, @Chrystalage, the orders are all shipped at the end of each month.

A lot of the items listed have been out of stock for some time. The RR needs serious re-haul. We were told new items would be added and honestly barring the exception of one or two items, this has not happened.
I don’t even see the point of accruing further points if the RR has nothing of value in it.
The other issue is the expiry of some of these products that are still available.

Yes, expiry is a worry. Years ago, I received a sheet mask that had expired, but back then, my email was answered promptly & I got a points refund.
I’ve had Invisible Zinc on my wishlist for ages: I’ll happily use an expired nail polish, but I’m very fussy about sunscreen expiration.

Thanks. I’ve accumulated a lot of points so I want to place an order but this site has gone to the dogs. I’ll place an order later in a month and keep my fingers crossed that it turns up, and products aren’t expired. -

I asked them about getting new stock seems like they never add anything new. Never got a reply either.
