Voting in the beauty awards – query/help needed

I’ve now voted. I can’t wait to see the winning products.

I think if you use your mobile to vote, the drop down menu bar goes off the page if your phone has a small screen. The first time I voted, I had trouble finding the drop down menu… I also kept getting time out. Much easier if voting over my laptop though

I didn’t have any issues, you just need to make sure that you vote in at least 5 subcategories in each of the different categories.

Yes , the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago.
I’m going to try again. Hoping that the problem has been resolved.

Sounds like you have not voted in all the categories. You need to vote for one item in each category in the dropdown list before you can submit the votes for one category.

Yes I had the same issue. You just need to keep voting in the different subcategories (using the drop down menu) until you’ve done enough (4 or 5 I think) and then the submit button works.
