Unable to add products to cart.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with adding items to their carts? Everything appears greyed out even though I have enough points to spend!

    @Lucy16, I just experimented: I opened the RR & added the first item listed, Revlon ColorStay Micro™ Easy Precision Liquid Liner & it went straight into my cart. Then I opened my wishlist & tried to add a few things but got a “Something went wrong” pop-up. From my wishlist, I clicked on a product’s name, Pantene Pro-V Intense Miracle Shot Collagen, & I added it to my cart from the product page.

    Now, I can’t get those two items OUT of my basket! The ❌ doesn’t work & nor does the quantity minus sign. I refreshed the page & tried again but they’re still in my cart. The “Update Cart” link is greyed out & I get a 🚫 sign when I move my cursor over it.

    The RR is definitely awry!

      I’ve got it!

      I reopened the Revlon ColorStay Micro™ Easy Precision Liquid Liner product page from the RR listing & Pantene Pro-V Intense Miracle Shot Collagen product page from my wishlist. There’s a “Remove from cart” link. The pages take ages to load, but they’re both gone from my cart now.

      You’ll have to open the product page for each item you want to order, individually. It’s time-consuming but it works.

        I have been unable to open the product page for nearly two months now and sometimes have been able to work around it by opening product reviews. The Reward Room is not working well. Have sent a few emails requesting help, but so far it has not been fixed.
