      Ah that’s good to know @Jupiter Yes, there used to be bonus points for submitting your survey (I had thought as I didn’t get those points, my survey might not have submitted correctly).

    I finished mine last night and I already have a new one in my bathroom.I just loved it. If they have already put some reviews on this where do I find them? I tried looking under Product reviews and also under Trial team and can find nothing about this product.

    Oh dear, I forgot all about the survey so I have just completed it now. As the survey was so long, and I had a lot going on here at home I completely forgot it and hopefully I will still get my points ,my review I did a few days ago and still don’t see up yet.

    It looks like the reviews are slowly starting to filter through for this trial. I think there might be over 100 of us on the trial, but don’t quote me on that. I saw something on the box about 106 women and self assessment, not sure if it’s all beauty heaven members though. I guess with all the normal reviews happening, Glosscars and other trials it takes a while.

      I still can’t see my review, I’ve emailed Beautyheaven just in case they didn’t get it, it’s my first review on the new site so not sure whether it was submitted properly.

    I see I got 5 points for doing the review. I remember on the old site when we completed the survey,, we would get an email saying everything has been done now, so that way you knew you had completed everything and it also gave you an extra 5 points for the survey/completing all aspects of the trial team

      Yes, I only got 5 points for this one too – I thought there was an extra 5 or 10 points for trial team and completing the survey (as well as review). Did anyone get the bonus points on this trial team?

    @Okatko, yes. That is ok, they send this to everyone automatically as checking everyone individually before sending reminders would take ages.
