Rewards Room Stock and Site Issues

I tried to log on today and see what I could get from my points. The rewards room is not working as it should be, the front page does not show the link to add something to the wish list or to the cart, I had to click on the points and then wait for eternity for each page to open. The site is super slow.
Only to find that the item is not in stock. there is absolutely nothing in stock.
I wasted so much time to browse the site.
Really disappointment with this.@beautyheaven team would appreciate if you could please look at what is happening there.
I have tried different devices and browsers before anyone suggests doing that 🙂

    Yes had the same issues, no filters working and stuck on one page, and also I agree we need some new products, I have enough points to spend but cannot redeem and there is nothing that particular I want to try. Definately needs improving.

    The items I had in my cart have been removed. I managed to get one item back into my cart before everything went haywire again tonight. Nothing will work for me now.

    I’d like to see the ‘out of stock’ products removed, and it would be great to see some new products added.

      I also would like to see out of stock items removed from the Rewards Room, I’m not looking to purchase anything right now, but it’s annoying that I have to click on an item to see if it’s still available.

      Its not working for me. I can only load the first page and if I try to move on from there I just get blank pages

        I tried again today and still same thing, I have sent a message to BH, I suggest others do the same so we can get this fixed pronto.

    I just tried to look at what my points would be enough to get but the site only loads the first page and I can’t move on from there. Very disappointing for how long this has been a problem for.

      I get the same, and have sent a message to contact us. Please do the same. It has been like this for awile now, not sure how long.

    I haven’t earned any points for ages. I haven’t bothered logging in for that reason and sometimes I just forget about this site which is a shame.

    I just went to have a look at the Rewards Room in hopes of finding Christmas gifts but sadly it wont work for me. All I can get is the first page and if I click on anything to move away from that page I just get blank pages 🙁

    Obviously no rewards room shopping for me
