If you’re new to the Rewards Room, it’s our loyalty program where you can trade your loyalty points for free full-size beauty products! The Rewards Room is open for members with Silver status or above.

You will be receiving more samples
Exclusive competition for our shoppers
Bigger and better points-back scheme (especially if you’re a Platinum member), so you’ll receive more points for spending more- how good is that!
So… what dates do have to mark in my calendar?

Window shopping starts at 11am AEDST on 15th November, and Rewards Room officially opens at 11am AEDST on 22nd November (10am AEDST on 22nd November for Platinum members!)

    My parcel is coming today!

    Articles going to the same depot as the delivery address usually get delivered quicker. I mean, the tracking says the label was made on Monday, Auspost got it yesterday (Tuesday), and it’s on board for delivery today. My guess is if it has to go to any other depot, it’ll take longer.

      Good pick up, I’m surprised Australia Post has processed and delivered it so quickly, especially given it’s the holiday period. So chuffed!

    My 🎁 🎁 🎁 🎁 are coming today!!!

    I did my usual “shopping” for “necessities” and never experienced things…then last couple of hours of RR beong open….had to get something as a treat 😄 just couldn’t help myself!

    Will be spam ming you guys tonight wirh photos if I manage to get into post office before closing from work.

    I submitted lots of reviews before Christmas but I got the impression that I did not receive any points for them. I could be wrong but it’s hard to tell without any tally system.

    Hi everyone, just wondering if you’ve been getting the points rewarded for your reviews done since Christmas? Are you correctly getting double points (10 points) for each approved review?

    I’ve been trying to get clarification but it seems like no one is replying to info@beautyheaven.com.au since Eleni left.

    In the past we used to get double points during the period after RR even for products that we didn’t purchase. Not sure if that is still the case now, it doesn’t help that we can visually see our points history.

    Just wondering has every one received their points back?

    My points increased somewhat but I don’t think the numbers add up. The complication is that I made 2 orders. BH could not supply one of the orders in its entirety (I wonder how did that happen as I ordered within the first 20 minutes as platinum priority 🙂 so I should also get a refund on those points. Plus the 400 points back on the other order.

    Before I email Eleni I just wanted to see whether everyone has already received the 400/300/200 etc points back.

    The lack of transaction history makes it really hard to track what has been processed and what not.

      My points do not add up either. My points are currently sitting at -99 when they should be somewhere around 250.

      No idea why it went into negative to begin with, I did not spend anymore points than I began with in the RR.

      Hi @Skincare Junkie, I got my 400 points back from my Rewards Room order, but had to lodge an enquiry with BH for the reviews as the points didn’t add up. Some points have since appeared, but I have no idea if that has been completed.

      In previous RR bonus review points rounds, we would get double points for any products reviewed, not sure if that is still the case now or you only get double points for the items in your order.

      Like you say, it’s hard to track when we can’t see our points history/transactions.
