Reward room and reviews fixed

I am very happy to anounce that my Reward Room access and any reviews that I want to do are now fixed and I am able to purchase fro the RR and review any product that I wish. THANK YOU SO MUCH to the tech department.

    I am very happy that my Rewards Room order arrived so quickly.
    Placed order on 5th Jan and arrived today 14th Jan.
    I did have some technical issues ordering but I tried again a few days later without any problems.
    Although I am pleased with the products that I ordered there were quite a lot of products listed that were ‘ out of stock ‘.

    I ordered from the reward room a few days ago to treat myself and had no issues ordering. I’m so excited as my parcel is already on the way and should be here for Christmas!

    It usually takes ages, thank you BH 🙂

    I can’t even view the Rewards Room option. I am hoping it’s just an update.

  • Hi Beauty heaven, can you please if the items in the rewards room are in fact fresh stock? Many of the items have been there for over 5 years now and I don’t wish to risk using my points for expired and old products, especially for example sunscreens

    The RR is not working for me!

    • I can’t add ANYTHING to my cart
    • I can’t delete items using the actions from my wishlist, I have to open each product’s page & click “Remove from wishlist” from there
    • I can’t go past page 1 of the reviews & the “Read full review” links don’t work
    • So many items are sold out
    • I sometimes get a pop-up saying: “www.beautyheaven.com.au says Please select some product options before adding this product to your wishlist.” even after I’ve selected a size option
    • The filter only works on “View All”
    • No cosmetics offer a colour choice, they all say “Please note: Shade selection is unavailable for this item and will be dispatched at random”

    My concern with Rewards room is that most products were on shelf for too long and may be expired . Only few newer added. But for long time (whole year) there was no too much change in stock. Just less and less until we clear it. I have had expired products received from RR in past. So have stopped ordering since RR was open all the time. Do not find it safe to order any more.
