Reviews and Reward Room

I really enjoy reading reviews and writing them but for a long time now have been able to choose the brand and thus the product that I want to review. Also Rewards Room is not working as it should. Although I have requested help by sending emails etc nothing has been done to help me. Any advise?

    Hi Normap, I get this sometimes, especially on my ipad. It’s like the brands (and the alphabet) are just words and not links. Try doing all the things an IT person will tell you, restart your device if you can, clear cookies, and make an appropriate sacrifice! You can also search for the brand you are looking for then from there the product. Hope this helps.

    I don’t really understand the first part of your post. Have you tried a different browser or device to use the rewards room? , that can sometimes help.
