Review overdue emails

Is anyone else still getting emails for the bun roller trial saying you’ll be removed within 24 hours? When I got the first email reminder I ended up just submitting a second review through the link they provided…yet I’m still getting emails about it being overdue

I know bh said they’d be going through it manually but it’s a bit concerning still getting emails about my account being deleted especially after I submitted a second review. I already contacted them regarding it but haven’t heard back
