Returning Foundations (Priceline)

I bought L’Oreal Infallible foundation yesterday because I put it on in the store and it looked so nice. Unfortunately, now I’ve brought mine home, I’ve found the bottle separates like mad, and it oxidizes on your skin ridiculously badly. I know the second one is probably not a returnable factor, but would they refund me for a foundation that separates?

I always contact the company first. I find most companies are more than happy to reimburse or replace for you as they don’t want any bad press.

I’ve been into Priceline before and unfortunately my local priceline, the people working there do not give a damn about their job, so they are very rude, not helpful and I doubt they really know anything about make-up at all. So after a once off when I tried to return something, I’ve never bothered again as they were so rude and plainly said no to returning an open item.
(My item had been “sealed” yet when I opened it, it had obviously been used – when I checked closer it had actually been resealed – probably by the workers so they could sell it! So it wasn’t a case of me simply not liking the item. When I say used, I mean used a lot too!)

For the one you have opened, call Loreal themselves and see maybe there is something wrong with the batch and if they can do anything for you.
    Good luck!

    ^ Great suggestion!
I had a dodgy mascara from L’oreal (came without a brush…) and they replaced it quickly and promptly!
    They’re generally really nice.

I think so, if you have your receipt, you can take your money back or change a good one.<3

Priceline usually is pretty good about exchanging stuff. They only exchange though, they don’t refund or give vouchers
