products available in rewards room
I have been trying to spend my points in the Reward Room, but everything I am wanting is either out of stock or not available. Any idea when items will be updated from out of stock and if and when new items will be available? Looking forward a ordering some nice new products.

Hope you’re all doing well!
We just wanted to jump in and reassure you all that our team is on top of the product expiry dates within Rewards Room. Any products close to expiring are promptly removed before orders can be placed on them. If there are ever any issues with your Rewards Room orders, please email us on info@beautyheaven.com.au and we will quickly resolve this with you there!
Please note the products supplied to us for Rewards Room are completely dependant on the brands. So whilst we would love to constantly replenish units & offer new products every day – there is only so much we can control with this! We will however be removing the out of stock products as soon as we get the confirmation they won’t be restocked. Please be patient with us whilst we work through this all. We’re so sorry for the disappointment caused so far!

If something is out of stock it should be taken off the Rewards Room if it isn’t going to be available anytime soon. I used to visit the BH site daily for years but in recent years I don’t access it as much. Non user friendly website, old articles and comments. Haven’t had a trial team invite in years. Have lots of points I’d like to use but am concerned as others are about the expiry dates of some of the Rewards Room products.

I got a reply, but they need to check & follow up with further info.
Typically for shade selection products, our dispatch team will contact us and then we would reach out to the member to retrieve their shade selection. However, I will confirm this process with them and get back to you.

I received a follow-up reply:
…Just wanted to touch base regarding the shade selection process. I’ve confirmed with the team and when a product with multiple shades is purchased in Rewards Room, our dispatch team will contact us and we will then reach out to you with the shade options.
We understand this process is a bit tedious and we are looking into ways to simplify.

I’ve just emailed Bh about the lack of colour choices in the RR, although @Lisa359 & Shop A Everyday both raise a valid point.

I have emailed in today and asked about the freshness of the products, and also asked if new and exciting products will be offered soon
