Prizes can take a while to arrive. I’ve been lucky enough to have had a few wins on Bh over the years – none were as big as yours!

Bh staff seldom read the forum, so I advise you to continue emailing info@beautyheaven.com.au or use the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page.

In my experience, it often takes multiple emails to get a response.

My tip: I add “2nd Email” to the subject line of follow-up emails & then “3rd Email”, &c.

wow! Congrats JMitro hopefully it makes it way to yourself soon. I can imagine that it may take a while because its some a big prize.

@JMitro have you tried emailing ARE or responding to the email notifying you of your win?

Often with these big prizes they do take a while as all the products are collected from the various suppliers and then sent out in a big box but I wonder if they are doing things differently now as you say you are awaiting the “Bulk” of the prize. Does this mean you have received some of the products? If they are coing in bits and pieces then I guess the issue is getting various companies to send to all the winners and they would all have different time frames.

But I still haven’t received the outstanding or advise it’s on its way or when to expect it. 🙁

What prize was this? Is the best in beauty awards prize? I can’t find anywhere who the winners are for this competition. I know the list of winning products has been released, but not who won the competition?
