    I’ll be thinking today about whether to give this 4 or 5 stars! I have really loved it and it’s just walking that line for me… how did the other TT members find the straightener?

    Hi Lardeedah,

    I’ve gone back to the straightener and I have not heard any unusual ticking sounds with mine anymore. Maybe you should contact Vanessa if you are worried.

    Hi Beauties, just wondering if anyone else has noticed a static-y buzz sound coming from their straighteners? I noticed it as soon as I switched mine on and thought it might just be as it heats up, but it continues the entire time I use the straightener.

    I have always used a GHD and never noticed any sound coming from it, so wondering if this is normal or if I have a faulty device? It’s loud enough that I can hear it when it is sitting on the bathroom vanity, not just when it is near my ear.

    Can I ask with the video reviews, do you have to submit both a written and video review? That’s what I’ve been doing the last few video trials. Just wanted to make sure 🙂
