Mosaic Clothing Brands Stores Closing Down

I ventured to my local shopping mall the other day and was stunned to see that 3 stores had closed. I later found out that Mosaic Brands stores are closing. These stores include:
Rockmans, Katies, Millers, W Lane, NoniB, Autograph and Rivers.

    I read that the recent Myer purchase was for Apparel Brands, which includes a different set of shops: Portmans, Just Jeans & a few others.

    I was surprised as they’ve been around for ages, I have a few pairs of jeans from Rockmans, but I bought them from Ebay.

      My partner said he had heard that Myer has since purchased some of the brands.

    What a blow. I always feel so sad when stores close but I believe that lots of stores and people are still suffering the effects of the covid lock downs. Hopefully one day (soon) we will all recover.

    Not all Mosaic stores will be closing, @Meedee: Rockmans, Autograph, W.Lane, Crossroads & BeMe will cease to operate; Mosaic will instead focus on Millers, Noni B, Rivers & Katies.

      That’s good to know @Misfortune8. We don’t have any Millers stores in Newcastle anymore, but I was able to buy some slacks from Millers at Erina (NSW) last month. People often label these stores as “fast fashion” but I find that the items I buy last me many, many years. I also buy my shoes from Rivers and I agree they may not be pretty but they have good orthopedic support.

      My local Noni B has closed.
      We now have no womans clothing stores at my local shopping center other then cotton on. The Rockmans and W Lane closed also.

        Our nearest big shopping centre will have a few empty shops now too. One of the reasons they’re giving for closing – too many shops in a shopping centre with similar clothes aimed at a similar demographic of women. It’s accurate for my area but not for everyones, It sounds like theirs not many options left for you to choose from now @Meedee.

        Wow, @Meedee – that doesn’t leave you much!

        The only Mosaic store I shop from is Rivers, for their UGLY (but so comfy I don’t care) sandals. I’ll have bloody sore feet in summer without Rivers.
