Look Fantastic

So delighted to receive today a very heavy, very big Advent calendar from Look Fantastic. It’s positively huge, and I’m sure has some full size goodies in there for sure!

I’m really looking forward to opening it up from December 1, so tempting though to have a look now, but I’m trying to be good

Has anyone else order the Look Fantastic Advent Calendar and received it too

I received a similar beauty goodie bag Petal, but mine included a 50mls Eve Lom cleanser, which I’m super delighted to receive. I bought from LF some Aveda and Ren skincare in generous travel sets which were for my recent holiday, and scored one of their special beauty bags as a freebie.

I just received an order from Look Fantastic. I placed my order with a free “Beauty Must-Haves” offer for spending 55 pounds. This is the first time that I’ve received a gift with purchase from Look Fantastic, so I didn’t know what to expect. For anyone that has wondered what you might receive, I’ve listed the freebies below:

The Wet Brush Squirts – a mini detangling brush for the shower.

Monu Spa Bali Massage & Body Oil 35 ml – the contents appear to be about half full.

Balance Me Radiance Face Mask 30 ml.

Lord & Berry Pailettes Eye Pencil in a sample size.

Lord & Berry Maxi Matte Crayon Lipstick in a sample size.

Surprisingly, I will use all of these products. The mask contains walnut shells, so I might use that on my décolletage.

If you’re in Perth, you might want to expect a longer wait. My parcel took a month to arrive, it wasn’t tracked. I had nearly given up on it when it showed up. It was a little damaged, nothing broken on the inside though. I wonder how it managed to spend so long floating about!

I’ve ordered twice from Look Fantastic. I mainly ordered Urban Decay eyeshadows and eye pencils as their prices are a bit cheaper than Beauty Bay for that brand. I tried to order Stila products, but I wasn’t allowed to do so. Both my orders arrived in about two weeks. The first order arrived with its packaging looking a bit damaged, but the contents were fine.

I was really excited to see that they stocked Nuxe perfume, but devastated to find that they wouldn’t ship it to Australia.

As far as I know perfumes/nail polish/aerosols can’t be shipped to us.

I know… Sad face… Major sad face…

I feel like crying! I just tried to order two things and it says that neither of them can be shipped to my address!!!
I assume that it’s because they’re aerosol/pump type products (one perfume and one thermal spray). Has anyone else had this issue? 🙁

I’m going to put in an order for a haircare product with this website today but it seems a waste to order just one product (even though everything is free shipping, yay!)
I’ve been looking at all the different brands and it’s a bit overwhelming.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I was wondering if anyone here has used the site before and can advise what brands are cheapest to buy on this site compared to others? Could be any kind of products – makeup/skincare/hair. Would be great for future reference even if I don’t purchase this time.

I can get lost on that site for hours. Always done good deals. I bought my mum an amazing elemis pack from there for Xmas as well as a couple or UrbanDecay items for myself. Compared to Aussie prices it was great value but if you are buying anything you are familiar with, use XE.com to check how much you’re going to pay as sometimes once you count the current exchange rate as well an an international transaction fee on your cc, it doesn’t work out that much cheaper… And you have to wait for international delivery which usually takes a couple of weeks.
