Important: Your beautyheaven account

Have you heard the news?

The new beautyheaven website is almost here!

But in order to get this fancy new site up and running, there is something important you need to know.

You will NOT be able to log in to your beautyheaven account from Thursday 23rd of September until Tuesday 5th October.

This means:

-No reviews can be submitted

-No forum entries can be posted

-No comments on articles

-No regular competition entries (there won’t be any posted this way either)

-Best in Beauty voting will still be available and able to complete without logging in

beautyheaven.com.au will still be there for you to read and explore, but anything you need to be logged in for will be off limits temporarily.

This is just while we work away in the background to bring you the exciting new beautyheaven!

And don’t worry; there will still be plenty of fun going on…

During this time head to the beautyheaven Instagram and Facebook for daily surprises and sneak peeks as we countdown the day to relaunch!

It’s going to be one BIG celebration.

    I’m finding this quite hard to navigate on my phone. I’m wondering how long does it take to ship items from
    beauty rewards points? I ordered on 26/09. No updates from the site.

    Hoping BH see this post as I contacted them about this.
    I was given double the amount of birthday points just recently & would like them to fix this issue. I don’t want to be seen to be taking points when I didn’t earn them.

    I’m feeling hopeful with this site as I’ve just signed in on a different computer and suddenly I can see my posts from a while back (mind you there were a few that were verbatim as I copied and pasted what I had originally posted.
    I’m happy if this continues.
    Question, has anyone had trouble with Apple vs PC?

    For some odd reason, the first page of the forum has some posts referring to previous year’s Rewards room saying they were posted 37 minutes ago (including one from me). I wonder if these were ones waiting for moderation and have just been okayed?

      Yes mostly likely there have just be approved from moderation. Take the post below by @Shaper for example, I think it was made months ago as that particular trial/event was mid last year but the post was only approved in the last few days

    Once again I can’t seem to get my posts seen and for some reason I’m not permitted to start a new topic. How is this possible when Spammers are allowed to? I’ll keep trying to post but it’ll be very slim chance anyone will see this.

    I did such a silly thing I was invited to fill in a survey and reviews for the” Didn’t get to attend the Best In Beauty Marketplace” and I filled in all the various parts but instead of using the form I used the normal way we all use to give them a review? I have tried emailing BH but so far i have had no answer.I don’t have the time at the moment to do them all again as I have too many appointments with Doctors as my husband is ill. As this is the last date they have to be sent I am stuck.
