Healthy Breakfast Options
hey ladies
Can anyone suggest any healthy breakfast options???
For years I have just eaten grainy cereals for breakfast and I have become so obsessed with it and found that I add a little more each day and its now getting out of hand lol cos I eat so much of it and it costs alot!!!
I need something new!!!

Excellent breakfast, I supplement it with some vitamins that I bought at HH Processors.

these brekkie options i`ve got from a lil book that says drop a dress size in 10 days:
vegemite toast: 2 slices wholeameal toast, 2 tsp low fat spread (margarine) and vegemite+piece of fruitfruit toast: slice of burgen fruit and muesli toast, 50 g low fat cottage chese, sliced pear, dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
porridge: make with 45 g oats with water and 1 tbsp mixed seeds, 1/2 sliced banana and 1 tsp honey
eggs on tast: 2 poached/boiled eggs on slice of wholemeal bread topped with 1 tsp low fat spread +small piece of fruit
scrambled eggs: scramble 2 eggs with dashh of skim milk, fresh herbs, serve with piece fo wholeal toast and i tsp of low fat spread
fruit and yoghurt: 100g low fat bio yghurt with chopped apple,75 g beries, 1 tsp flaxseds and 2 tsp pumpkin seeds.
beans on toast: 130 g can of baked beans on a piece of wholemeal bread with 1 tsp low fat spread+piece of fruit
mushies on toast: 120 g mushrooms sliced and fried lightly in olive oil spray, served on a slice of wholemeal toast spread with avocado. 100 ml tub of low fat yoghurt
avocado on toast: 1 piece of wholemeal toast spread with 1/2 small avocado, squeeze of lemon and 1 tbsp shredded parmesan
fruit smoothie: blend 250 ml skim milk with 1 small chopped banana, 100 g raspberries and 2 tbsp low fat bio yoghurt.

weetbix with banana and light milk

phily on a low gi bread
a low fat, low sugar smoothie- such as a banana with light or soy milk, a scoop of low fat yogurt and a lilttle drizzle of honey
