Morning ladies, I am new to this site & I’m really happy to have found it. I am a mature age lady and enjoy reading and learning about so many products. It is so good to get honest opinions. I suffer from some mild skin conditions just like some others, so it’s great to know how different ladies react to different products. I’m looking forward to trying new things. Thank you Beautyheaven for making this all possible and available to everyone (even us older ladies).

How do I clear my messages or even access them. Just in the past couple of weeks I haven’t been able to click on the messages icon to read or mark messages as read. Is this a glitch? All of a sudden i had 25+ messages, and from that point on I was unable to use this functionality. Most are probably irrelevant Beautorium chatter, but I’m also part of a trial team so need to get those messages. Any help appreciated, as I can’t access genuine messages either.

I just read that you can only earn a certain amount of points in the forums. Is this only for a certain amount of time or? Just wanting some clarification, thanks!

I would love to know how many times you can enter a competition? I’ve tried looking around the site but i can’t seem to find an answer.

Hey! I know I be a bit late but since I’m new to this website, how do you start a new forum thread? I’m looking everywhere for ‘create new topic’ or ‘start forum thread’ but I can’t find it!? Please help!

Click on the ALL FORUMS tab
Then click on what type of forum your new topic relates to eg: Talkback
You’ll then see a tab CREATE NEW TOPIC (white print in a black background) underneath the page numbers.

You will probably see this message come up

In an effort to block spammers until we have a permanent solution in place, no new forum topics can be created until further notice. You will still be able to comment on existing threads but won’t be able to create new ones.

Not sure when you can create a new topic, but it was allowed within business hours or maybe up to 6pm weekdays to stop all the spam topics that were being created. Some other bh members who regularly create topics might be able to answer this.
